Hurrah! What a wonderful week the Sea Turtles had! Our days were filled with new and exciting adventures! We explored sounds of the alphabet through a mystery bag game. The children looked at objects like a bat, ball, boat, balloon, etc to guess which sound went with what letter. We also explored art with marble painting things like mittens and snow people. Yet our most exciting event was on Friday when we had Papas, PJs and Pancakes! It was so much fun to have the dads there participating in a hands-on way and exploring alongside their children. I had a wonderful time observing and talking with the dads! Thank you to everyone who made this event so successful. I know the children truly enjoyed it, as did I.Next week we will be working with model magic creating original snow people and stories. We will also continue alphabet awareness and have our 2nd friendship group on Friday!
